These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jorven mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Jorven (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@Jorven.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
User Content
You retain ownership of the photos, captions, and other materials you submit to Jorven (“User Content”). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and community guidelines.
Acceptable Use
While using the Service, you agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or hateful.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service or its security features.
- Use automated means to collect information from Jorven without prior permission.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, graphics, and software used in the Service remain the property of Jorven or its licensors. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no license is granted to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the Service, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jorven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California, to resolve any dispute.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal requirements. If changes are material, we will provide notice within the app or via email before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
